2021 Vendor Information
Application are due by Friday, August 20, 2021 at 4:00pm. Vendors will receive notification of application status by Tuesday, August 31, 2021.
Applications can be submitted with vendor fee and current copy of City of Madisonville business license to City Hall (67 North Main Street) attention Debby Myers or Courtney Clark.

ADMISSION IS FREE.
That's right, every single event is completely free.
All City of Madisonville events are open to the public and free of charge, no ticket required to anyone in attendance.
Events welcome vendors to set up to raise money for non-profit organizations, school clubs, and teams, churches, etc. Vendors can be food-related or sell crafts and retail items. Vendor applications can be acquired by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Friday night live
Friday Night Live is our free, outdoor summer concert series that takes place in downtown Madisonville. That offers Kidz Zone and brand new vendors! We can't wait for you to see what we have in store for this year!

City events are great because they help to generate tourism and revenue for our local community.
These City events are wonderful entertainment for the people of Hopkins County and surrounding counties to be proud of—and they're free!
